By downloading, installing, or using BondChat.AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Obsidian Realm Technology Limited. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BondChat.AI is an AI-powered instant messaging application that combines intelligent companionship with real-world social interaction. The App utilizes advanced AI models including OpenAI, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Google Gemini, and Hugging Face technologies to provide intelligent conversation capabilities through our AI companion "Niuniu."

3. Eligibility

The App is rated 18+ and is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BondChat.AI to:

  • - Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • - Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • - Transmit malicious code or interfere with the App
  • - Attempt to bypass security measures
  • - Use the AI for illegal or harmful purposes
  • - Impersonate others or provide false information
  • - Collect data about other users without consent

6. AI Features and Limitations

The AI features in BondChat, including conversations with Niuniu, are powered by third-party AI models (OpenAI, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, Hugging Face). While we strive to provide accurate and helpful responses, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BondChat.AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Obsidian Realm Technology Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or share through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service, including AI-powered features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BondChat.AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidian Realm Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BondChat.AI at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
